Sommavilla farm house is located in one of the best lookout points of the area. The property offers a full and spectacular view over the castles of Reschio, Sorbello and the Rocca in the midst of Tuscany and Umbria’s famous and magnificent sceneries.

Whilst offering all the comfort and tranquility needed, Sommavilla’s excellent location provides an ideal opportunity to explore the beauties of central Italy, or to enjoy relaxing hikes along the many available paths.
The upper part of the old farm house (dated 18th century) is home to the owners Alfredo Anitori and Christine Coudray who warmly greet their hosts in Italian, French or English.

Separated from the main farm house, the “Il Fienile” for the guests, offers complete privacy, two large double rooms, a bathroom, the main kitchen, the veranda and a big garden.

Table tennis, cable TV, internet connection, barbecue grills…  Welcom.

Comfortably shaded by the old olive trees the swimming pool (7×14) is beautifully located on a vantage point dominating the valley and the castles of Sorbello and Reschio.
